We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. You do not need a reason, but we appreciate your feedback. Please send a cancellation request to [email protected] from the license email address. If you bought NotePlus from a reseller, please ask them for the refund.

The price you see may or may not include VAT, depending on your country. European customers can have VAT deducted by clicking "Add VAT Number" during checkout, before entering payment information. If you have already purchased, please contact [email protected] with your VAT information and receipt number. Your receipt email also has a link to customize the address on the receipt. Our payment provider is based in the UK, so UK businesses need to claim the refund from the UK tax authorities instead.

Each seat covers 1 Mac or Windows PC, plus 2 iPhones or iPads. To use NotePlus on more computers, extend seats or buy a custom license. If you forget the license key or want to remove an old device, visit the License Manager. A NotePlus license includes one year of updates. After that, you can keep using NotePlus for as long as you like.
